There was a problem with my Countermark – what does this mean?
If you scan a Countermark with the phone App and get a response “There was a problem with this Countermark”, it means we had difficulty looking up the details in our database.
It would help us to diagnose the cause if you contact us by emailing a photo of the item including the Countermark to countermark@wessextech.co.uk
We can then fully investigate the problem.
